Our small family run public houses with bed & breakfast are situated in the delightful & lively village of Woburn Sands, where we have been for over 20 years. We have recently taken on the licence for Woburn Sands first community centre ( The Summerlin Centre) which will be open for wedding receptions & other functions. Just on the outskirts of the rapidly growing Milton Keynes, and minutes from junction 13 & 14 of the M1, it's a great location.
There are many local attractions including Woburn Abbey and Sculpture Gallery, Woburn Safari Park and The Stables Theatre. Further into Milton Keynes there is The MK Bowl as well as a busy night life.
There are also three golf courses nearby, Woburn Golf Course being the most famous, Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Course and Wavendon Golf Course.
The surrounding woods are very popular with mountain bikers and walkers (Millennium Circular Walk).
